This has got to be the hardest puzzle on this site. Requires a lot of thinking ahead and careful counting. Picture's not bad itself.

That was fun. It wasn't too hard, but each step required some thought -- pretty much to the very end. The picture was only fair. That said, I enjoy doing these puzzles far more (and far longer) than I enjoy looking at them. Thanks.
