If you had to guess, then it just means it's hard. The few colours is because the work is true to the original design

thanks for your comment ^^ I would just like to add that to solve any puzzle on the site there is never an actual need to guess because if these cannot be solved in a totally logical way the site will not accept them :)

I'm not familiar with this character, but I liked the groupings of colors.
HINT: Start by solving the areas by color and eventually the entire puzzle links together. A fun challenge!
