Floppy	12 April 2023, 18:41	I don't think that I've ever seen one of the blue ones. The ones we used in the nineties were that special shade of dust grey that made them really hard to find if you set them down.

Little Swan	4 October 2019, 18:13	It's a whole lot of counting. You find a row that if you count in from the edges over laps in the middle and the places where it overlaps has to be the colour you're looking for. For example, the brown in this puzzle is only in a very small area, you have a stretch of the brown that's four wide, and it can only be inside of a five wide area, so if you count in you know exactly where three of the browns have to be. You do this with as many as you can, and then you rule out places where things can't be based on what you've put in. Once you've marked out places where things can't be you should have brought in the edges of where things can be a little bit, and you just keep repeating this until you've figured out the one place where the colours actually go.
Fish and dragonfly	23 September 2019, 5:22	I love your use of negative space in this picture. It makes for both a lovely picture and a lovely puzzle as well. I was left having to think all the way up to the end, even though there was a round bit, and round bits are usually just finding the edges and then filling in the shape. All in all I am very pleased with this puzzle, thank you.
