Chicken16 June 2017, 16:10I was expecting a shoe, but now that Hamflaps brought DickButt to mind, 1) totally see that! and 2) aw man, wish it actually had been. XD
Magnet16 June 2017, 15:49Interesting idea. I like the addition of the two nails to embellish the magnetic idea.
Beetle15 June 2017, 21:31I agree, there is a need for symmetrical puzzles. If you don't like them, skip them - they're pretty easy to spot. But newer players or people looking for a simple puzzle need them around. Perhaps consider doing the Medium and Large puzzles if these little ones are too easy for you, but don't try to eradicate them.
Kitty15 June 2017, 19:24Reminds me of Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service. :D
Cocktail15 June 2017, 17:22Agree with Eileen in disagreeing with Palouday and Corpore. :P I like the colors. They're different enough from each other and give a varied way to complete the puzzle. Looks refreshing!
Accordion15 June 2017, 16:23Hm, I found this one kind of annoying to do. Don't care for the color combination, either. To each their own, though. I will say, very unique image idea!
Giraffe15 June 2017, 16:18Brought a smile to my face - simple but so well done. :D
Camel14 June 2017, 16:35Love the addition of the blanket/saddle. (Jaylee: Did you maybe mean dromedary?)
Sports Cup13 June 2017, 23:58*stares at hamflaps*
Bastet13 June 2017, 22:21Wow, didn't like the color pallet as I began the puzzle, but at the end it's revealed to be perfect. Beautiful job!
Ice Lolly13 June 2017, 19:55Where I am in the US, we call these "ice cream pops" or "popsicles." But from this day, no more! I much prefer "ice lolly" - it's too adorable!! <3
Car1 June 2017, 0:03Oooh, it's like an SUV; haven't seen one of those on the site. I like the window effect. Nice!
Eskimo31 May 2017, 21:43Yep, agree with Ruth. Kenny McCormick from South Park. Sort of an unnatural color parka for an Eskimo. :P
Bunny31 May 2017, 20:59Super-cute! The colors remind me of ice cream. :3
Tennis ball31 May 2017, 19:42Woah, nice! I was thinking, "Melon..?" But then I saw the nice white swirl. Great job. :D
Swimmers31 May 2017, 19:15Excellent job! Started to guess at about 3/4th done, but didn't get the full effect until the end. Incredible detail. :D
Cactus31 May 2017, 19:03Very cool. Love the shading used to give the image layers!
Cat. Rear view.31 May 2017, 18:50I admit I was skeptical at first, given the rather drab colors. But the end result was enjoyable!
Peacock dove31 May 2017, 18:41Such a cute cartoonified little bird, I just had to do a search for "peacock dove." Turns out it's a real animal. I learned something today! 8D
Firefighter31 May 2017, 0:07Thought this looked familiar: it's just a slightly edited version of a different puzzle submitted by Arina 06/04/16 #420. Boo! >:[
Mug30 May 2017, 22:46Mugs/cups are a very common theme in these puzzles, and there have been many done much better than this one. I think it's superfluous. :/
Hat30 May 2017, 22:37My brain sees it as a witch's hat/the Sorting Hat, but I think that's more due to my expectation and interpretation than because it actually resembles a witch's hat/the Sorting Hat. As this is in with the colored puzzles, I expect some shading, or an outline at least. This could have been a black and white puzzle. Not impressed, sorry.
Avocado24 May 2017, 23:05One of my favorites! :D
Strawberry24 May 2017, 22:04I was not even a third of the way through before I recognized this was going to be ANOTHER strawberry. There are other fruits, guys... The seeds made this needlessly tedious; I couldn't even just do a red-black pattern across just to finish because every now and then it was broken up by a two-er. Not an interesting puzzle to work, and the image isn't the best strawberry on the site. Please branch out into other fruits and colors. :(
A bunch of radishes24 May 2017, 20:03I love these colors! Was sure it would be a type of flower; how refreshing that it wasn't. Still so beautiful. :)
Keith23 May 2017, 22:53Haha! The title was a nice surprise; very cute all around. :)
Hare23 May 2017, 21:48I'm trying so hard to see something other than a rabbit/bunny, but I'm failing. I can sort of force a duck, but I can't see the donkey. I feel like I'm missing out. :(
Goat23 May 2017, 18:41I agree with Hamflaps; judging, smug lil' goat. ಠ_ಠ
Portfolio22 May 2017, 18:15^Or a translation from Russian, Hamflaps? (This is a Russian site, despite the puzzle type perhaps originating in Japan.) "Briefcase" is probably closer to what the designer meant, but portfolio isn't wrong; all the artists I know have to carry one of these with their drawings to interviews. Writers/journalists also frequently have a hard-file portfolio.
Amanita19 May 2017, 20:13Nice 'n easy. This is a VERY popular mushroom type; gotta be at least 10 puzzles dedicated to it.
Mona Lisa19 May 2017, 20:04Completing the puzzle made me feel like an artist. Great job! :)
Phone18 May 2017, 17:03Wow, I thought it was a strange small mushroom person. XD I can sort of see the rotary phone now, after reading the title, but it still looks like a bowl-cut little lady more.
Insomnia17 May 2017, 17:43It doesn't really look like a guy sitting on his bed because the bed is a fence.
Church17 May 2017, 1:08I found this one to be a pleasant challenge. I like the image; I agree with Femme Appeal that it has depth.
Glasses16 May 2017, 16:59I'm not familiar with the racist Asian glasses, but these do remind me of the joke glasses people in comedies wear to make it look like they're awake while sleeping in glass.
Helicopter15 May 2017, 18:41Those first 3 comments are pretty unfair. The designer looked to be trying a new perspective on a helicopter. It's not perfect, but it's at least a good attempt on something new. Everyone was praising that deformed cat a few puzzles down; how is this any different?
Cup12 May 2017, 23:22Cool touch to add the text on the side of the mug!
Poison12 May 2017, 18:46Woah, was expecting a camping lantern. Took a sudden dark turn when I filled in that bottom portion. O.O
Biker11 May 2017, 22:29I see what Femme Appeal is saying. For me, it's the posture of the rider that indicates they're sitting flatter and more upright than would be required for a bike.
Swan11 May 2017, 17:52I am so glad I'm not the only one who saw a sleigh and an octopus. Haha! Had no idea it was a swan until I read the title. I can see it, but it's rather messy...
Elephant11 May 2017, 17:31I do see the elephant, but it's more of a suggestion of an elephant. It reminds me of the squarish style of ancient artwork. Kudos to neph, the first commenter, for giving me a chuckle!
Cow10 May 2017, 19:08Umm... Wow, kind of a mess. From what I can tell, the two pointed, curved things at the top are his horns and the white piece on the left is his ear. The white bit in the center is his eye, and the tinier white spot near the bottom is his nostril. And it's definitely more a bull head than a cow. Not horrible, but probably not a good fit for a black-and-white puzzle.
Star9 May 2017, 22:34I try to be understanding of how difficult these puzzles can be to design, and I try to give the benefit of the doubt to the creators. But this is just bad. It's distorted and disappointing.
Little bunny9 May 2017, 22:19It's an icon of a rabbit, not intended to be realistic. I think it's nicely done, especially for how small the puzzle is.
Hare9 May 2017, 19:53I agree with Femme Appeal, either a hare of a jackrabbit due to the oversized ears.
Girl9 May 2017, 17:56It was an OK attempt, but I think this puzzle needed more space. The leg(s) are what I dislike the most.
Crocodile9 May 2017, 17:26
Huh. I was expecting a mouse/rat (did the head last). Surprised to see an alligator/crocodile. I think the thin, bent tail and arched back sort of threw me off.
Cat5 May 2017, 22:36Wow, it's one thing to dislike someone's color choices, but the animosity over this is at insane levels. Pull yourselves off the Internet for a bit and relax! Keith is right - give the color bar a quick check before you scroll to start the puzzle; it takes zero effort. I can only agree that the nose could have been a light shade of pink, or the ribbon blue or green. But I don't care how unfair or horrible you think a puzzle is, there is absolutely no excuse for calling people "stupid" or freaking out that hard over someone's creative puzzle on a FREE website. /end rant Beautiful cat. :3
Unicorn5 May 2017, 21:00Aww yay! Got so happy when I realized what it was going to be. :)
Duck5 May 2017, 20:03Yay .. another duck .. He's cute, at least. But just, y'know, there are other types of water fowl.
