If you read it backwards - TCP - it gives you a brand of antiseptic found it England. (For making that stupid comment - I should be "certified" - this is an old phrase meaning to be locked up when insane for the protection of youself or others).

Applying the same logic would give you POK(under)A - come on you bright lot - help me out!
