Narcissus	9 November 2017, 22:10	My friends, the most challenging nonograms I have done required trial and error to find the combination of black squares at a margin that would result in a solution (these were black and white--obviously on another site). It is not called "guessing." The use of x's is expected for solving nonograms. It is part of the logic. It's like bluffing in poker: it's part of what makes it a Japanese crossword.
