Cheese24 March 2022, 19:30Yup.
Floor lamp24 March 2022, 17:25It looks a little unstable.
Tomato on a branch24 March 2022, 17:19I puzzled over this for a while. After all, what decent salad doesn't have tomatoes? Well, unless--said I to myself, said I--it's a chicken salad. Or tuna salad. Or egg. Or ... oh ... FRUIT salad. My only excuse is 90% of my coffee is still in the cup.
Doggy Fetch a Bone24 March 2022, 5:55I love the angularity. It made it totally impossible for me to see anything developing until the whole thing was done.
Felix the cat23 March 2022, 23:36Rats, you beat me to it.
Extension23 March 2022, 18:20I was trying to make it into a still. Must be thirsty, although I do prefer to wait at least until noon...
Extension23 March 2022, 18:19As I remember, King had a problem with his spelling. *pauses to look it up* Ah. Sematary. Worse than I thought. But maybe your monster is reading a different (and probably less scary) book by a different author. But no matter. Reading is sexy, whatever.
Oyster23 March 2022, 7:13Real money, yeah. And when you've got a lot of clams, the world's your oyster.
Pearl23 March 2022, 7:01Just finished watching a show where one slightly larger than this was stolen. (From a really vile man. It was a happy moment.)
Jug23 March 2022, 1:11Punctuation should be a guide to pronunciation, so it really depends on how you would speak that sentence. For instance -- which, BTW -- while correct, would be spoken differently from -- which BTW -- . So if you're saying -- which BTW -- the comma would be misleading.
Ballet shoes23 March 2022, 0:50Yeah, lungs or wings was my take too.
Scales22 March 2022, 18:32It seems unnecessary at this point to weigh in with my opinion.
Pipe22 March 2022, 17:02You want all that humidity in your house?
Goblet22 March 2022, 16:45I was trying to think how you'd drink out of this without some serious wine stains. Then I realized the sides weren't sides but handles. It made a much better picture, but it's not a goblet. Although I can't come up with the correct term, short of a clumsy "two-handled drinking cup".
Cocktail22 March 2022, 7:14Not if you check the right time zone...
Mug of beer21 March 2022, 17:45When I was a Navy yeoman (clerical worker) on the staff of the Commander, Third Fleet, I was for a short while assigned to our liaison officer from the Royal Navy. One day I went to him with a letter he’d given me to type (PCs were yet to be thought of, so nobody who wrote letters could type them) and said, “I can spell Pearl Harbor with an -O-R or an -O-U-R, but you’ve got it both ways here. Which would you like?” He looked a little lost, then asked who he was writing to. I told him the USN or the RN (I forget now which it was), and he looked relieved. “OK then, spell it [whichever was appropriate].” Whether in defense of the nation or defence of the world, one has to recognisze and respect our commonalities and our differences.

See, I can spell too. :D
Boat under sail21 March 2022, 17:17I'm a little confused by the mast in column 6 that's attached to the sail but not to the boat. If it's not a mast, what is it? Apart from that, though, I really like the concept and execution.
Road to home21 March 2022, 7:08Looks like a gazebo, which'd be a little breezy in a storm.
Zip it21 March 2022, 4:52And the same to you. In these days of call-the-divorce-lawyer-the-wedding-reception-is-almost-over, 30 years is a worthy accomplishment.
Zip it20 March 2022, 19:1030 years? So you're just starting up. (We hit 41 next month.)

Bridge17 March 2022, 7:02Elegant work!
Bridge17 March 2022, 7:02Or burned.
Jug16 March 2022, 7:34I know. You'd think it would improve with experience. Instead, it just goes to pot with the rest of your body. Even though you'd think it would improve with experience. Oh. Did I say that already? By the way, who are you again?
Jug15 March 2022, 18:36I had 15 squares to go, give or take, and there was absolutely no way this was going to turn out to be a picture of anything at all. A couple of squares later and the destination was perfectly clear. Love it!
Jug15 March 2022, 18:34Pear?
Ostrich with Head in Sand15 March 2022, 18:26No, not exactly. But I was thinking something from Star Wars I wasn't remembering quite right. Or maybe War of the Worlds.

Girl13 March 2022, 7:35No, Rosie the Robot. Well, that's what I was thinking, anyway.
Winter trees12 March 2022, 18:08Far too tedious for me, I'm afraid. But I'm short on sleep so didn't really have the patience I should have had.

A Clockwork Orange10 March 2022, 23:34Very ingenious!
Planet10 March 2022, 18:43I had no idea until the very end. "This is going to be a face." "Oh, look: flowers." "Why is it broken?" And suddenly--stunning.
House10 March 2022, 8:31I just had one child and didn't know what to do...
Rabbit9 March 2022, 21:10I can't tell if it's cross-eyed or not. Very strange.
Kitty in flowers9 March 2022, 19:04Apologies to PolN0vik, whom I thank for contributing, but for me this was absolutely not worth the effort or the hour of my life gone. There's insufficient distinction between the subject and the background, so it's an effort to see the picture even when done. And there are just too many blasted 1s and 2s. And finally I got a headache trying to tell the difference between the red and the black (although the fact that I've had cataract surgery on the right eye but not yet the left may be partly to blame for that). Of course--speaking of the evil effects of aging--having woken up this morning with an aching back has likely made me look for flaws in everything. Apologies again.

Monkey7 March 2022, 6:52Ignore the greenery. What's left is face, a line of body, and the tail sticking up behind.
Pony5 March 2022, 22:47Is that a battery pack?

I was misled by the color scheme into expecting a different species until I was about halfway done.
Apple5 March 2022, 18:03OK, there's the boot of Italy, and I suppose that's Greece. The dark green is the Mediterranean... But what happened to the Iberian Peninsula? And why is Denmark a brown stick? Obviously Arina's just very bad at geography, because my perceptions couldn't possibly be wrong, right?
Boat5 March 2022, 6:30It was quite clearly going to be a fish. Until, of course, it wasn't.
Garlic5 March 2022, 6:18Yes; my thought too.
