Could someone please explain why a puzzle dated October 2016 shows as 'new' ni February 2017? It happens quite a lot and I am just wondering how this works.

As I was doing this puzzle, I was listening to Ravel's opera "L’Enfant et les Sortileges," and thinking how fun it would be to play the teacup, companion of the teapot.
