I don't see the goat. I see the legs and tail, but the head part is a mess of pixels. Doesn't look like anything.

I do see the goat. There's just not eyes that's all. In the left high square, you kinda can see it.

IMO the horn and the goatee are enough to make that look like a goat head
Nicely done with so few dots. Surprisingly tricky for such a tiny puzzle.
I like puzzles that keep me guessing on what the actual subject is, and this one had me until I placed the last square - there's a surprising amount of detail on the outline of this picture for a puzzle so small!
Really nice. And if you asking where is the head look in the left high square. There seems to be something like a horn (do Goat have horns?).
