I just had another go, and I couldn't get it this time, because I was tired. But I remembered that there are just about 3 bits that I missed. If you are stuck, just do the boring bit of checking every row and column again, don't assume anything.

This has what I consider "bottleneck" difficulty. After you get to a certain point, there are a select few rows or columns integral for continuing the puzzle.
