Umm... Wow, kind of a mess. From what I can tell, the two pointed, curved things at the top are his horns and the white piece on the left is his ear. The white bit in the center is his eye, and the tinier white spot near the bottom is his nostril. And it's definitely more a bull head than a cow. Not horrible, but probably not a good fit for a black-and-white puzzle.
