Great picture, but the title is misleading. Cancer is a crab, and the picture is of a lobster.

It isn't a lobster. it's crayfish. In rassian it called "речной рак",or just "рак", so it's just incorrect translate of orginal title

In russian "рак" means both an animal and a disease
