For those who can't see the picture, try to look at the smaller version on the preview.
The knight picture is not easy to see, but the solution was very amusing.
Even in the thumbnail I can't make out the damsel. But a great idea!
Tricky horse! Akshat, I don't the damsel is in the picture, just the rescuing knight.
I could only see the knight in the thumbnail. I believe the damsel is a shadow in the almost-rectangular window.
Ok. I'll buy the horse, the knight so-so, maybe the tower, but the damsel no way!
This was one of my first attempts to make a small black-white puzzle. You identified the knight on the left correctly, as well as the tower on the right. There is in fact a damsel in the tower. I meant her to look out of the window and see the knight. Her (white) hair falls out of the window. Hope this helps :-)

Interesting. I very clearly saw the damsel. But then the the author explained the picture and I had to do a double take. In my first version, the damsel is the whole large object on the right. She is very large compared to the knight because she is in the foreground. She is wearing a crown and has her hand up to her mouth, perhaps nervously biting her nails.
