I found the plans for a single-passenger tail-less Russian helicopter aka "airmobile" at https://sites.google.com/site/aeromobileng/faq-frequently-asked-questions.
There, if you scroll down, you will find an IMAGE and this FAQ:
"2. ...the airmobile [has blades] like a helicopter, but located a little above... ground level. Is it dangerous for people who are nearby when the propellers begin to spin?"
ANS: If people get close to the propeller blades...in any flying machine, they will be compromised."
Let us, by all means, avoid being compromised!!!
