I did not see that outcome coming! I'm really enjoying your challenging crosswords, Prikichi! So is the butterfly perched on a rock? or on Bambi's tail?...or is that meant to be an optical illusion that keeps us guessing?

Thank you both! It works, I'm just culturally ignorant. I grew up with my nose in a book and rarely understand cultural references. Also, I think I found Bambi too suspenseful as a child... Poor little orphan... ;'( I couldn't bear the fate of the dear, she puns.

Actually the movie Bambi is a terrible childhood memory, like the drunken Dumbo nightmare is for my daughter. Disney wasn't all nice and sugar, but I do like the picture of one of Bambi's happier moments :p. I'm more of a reader too, but books don't make nonograms LOL.
