Japanese crossword «Airplane»

The picture is not bad per se, but unless it's from a cartoon or something that I don't know of, I really couldn't tell that it's an airplane without looking at the title. Other things that flashed through my mind when I saw the finished puzzle: a flying dog? a monkey head? a banana with an ulcer?
