I'm not sure what this is supposed to be. It looks more like bumper cars with a big P in the corner... The title does not help.

Actually - I can see 2 planers The "P" is the sign for Parking - so it's like a car park for planers - a planer park???

I can see the tools but not sure what the 'P' signifies. 'P' is 'R' in Cyrilic but I still don't get it.
