Japanese crossword «Hedgehog»

Quite an entertaining puzzle, but I'm not sure about the picture - a hedgehog on its back legs looking at ... an Inca pyramid?? Or what have I missed??!

There is apparently an RPG called Dark Sword that has a character or class, that's a cleric/druid, which is a hedgehog which walks upright and carries a staff. I suspect that's what this is an image of, and from the figurines I found online it's a decent likeness.

I enjoy the odds turns of research this site sends me on sometimes. :D
