This is an old question, and you might have figured it out by now, but I'll answer anyway: in the past, it was possible to post comments without registering and logging in, and a name could be entered (in this case, "nikename"). I think the site has been changed so that that can't be done any more. (And I assume that the comment from "Guest: nikename" was on this page; it's not here now.)
