No... i have a allotment!
Snails with shell aren't so bad --
slugs are the gutsy ones. BTW: It's a harmless fake snail, the helix turns in the wrong direction.

Actually Marycha, the helix coils in different directions for different species. So nothing fake about it.
I'd give equal odds on this snail coming to life and on this snail with the helix reversed. Orion, I don't think even a hungry cat would eat a snail. But as Dumbledore would say, "I could be wrong."
Cute little guy. And a tough puzzle.

Hahaha! Very nice! After the last one I did, I thought this was going to be a whiskey glass--until the 2nd antennae showed up. LOL
This led to a bit of research, in which I found this

So you are telling me that the spiral direction tells you if they are right handed or left handed? That is precious and unnecessary (you know, due to their lack of hands)

I sure learned some things about snail shells in the comments here! Further searching yielded the knowledge that the aperture of the shell always opens downward (toward the foot of the gastropod's body) in both sinistral and dextral shells. Here, the aperture of the shell opens upward/forward (toward the snail's head). So, the edge of the shell aperture is cutting through the snail's foot. Ouch.
