That image doesn't quite come together. The skull fracture is jarring and there's clutter that doesn't contribute anything. I rate images high when they're good, and this artist does good work, but not this time.
I can't imagine what you're calling clutter unless it's the background. For that matter, I don't know what you mean by skull fracture. I'd say it was an excellent portrayal.
