Looks pretty generic to me, especially with that wide of a barrel.

Well, the turret design looks like the Oscillating turret, which seems to be a relatively rare design.
However the hull design, as well as the stubby gun barrel (altho we can give it the benefit of the doubt to be just a part of it not the whole barrel), don't fit any of the designs I know. The number of roadwheels is off.
Closest I can come up with is the Austrian SK-105 Kürassier
