There are countless toys designed for kids that have similar products Lego's, G.I. Joe, Army Men, Nerf Guns to name a few. Should those also be rated unsuitable for kids?

Actually, Legos specifically do not release any products that portray actual real life weapons or military equipment. Many knock-off Lego brands do, but not Legos themselves.
