Oh, a trickster! I use the picture titles to choose which puzzles to work (I don't want to make any more cars or sailboats or guns or...), so I was sure the upper left was Napoleon's face and the lower right was going to be a cannon. Then when I got done there was that period of complete confusion before it resolved itself into a portrait with a huge hat and minimalist facial features. Well done, someone!

I got about halfway through the puzzle lickety split, and then from there I had the hardest time finishing this off! Great idea!

I was not able to solve this completely without Xs, but it was fun to try! Excellent picture for scale. Thought it was going to be a kid on a bike or something until almost the end.
