At best, 1/27th of it. After all, the entire point of the VLA is that it's an "Array."
Though, it's closer to an parasol than either an umbrella or a radio telescope - given that the receiver at the center of a parabolic antenna does not stick out that far past the parabola.
It reminds me of the parasols the girls are dancing with during the "Sister's Song" in "The Pirate Movie" (1982).
