The sillhouette does suggest that it's a four legged creature with a tail but it needs some form.

May I ask how you create them? Do you have your own program for checking that they can be solved? or do you submit them to the web site and have them confirm it? The instructions given on this site don't say anything about that.

Yes, first I draw a picture and then upload it to the site. The site checks it for solvability - if everything is ok, then the picture is awaiting the moderator's decision, if not, then the image will be available under the received link, where unresolved places are highlighted. I remove the failed puzzle from the site, tweak it and upload it again. If necessary, I repeat this cycle several times.

can not put up X's for the spaces you know are empty, makes it harder to do.
