Rather fancy for the title but the reflection/shimmer is beautifully done!

You can't expect much, you can't make much of a picture at such low resolution, and this one in particular is very rough ... and yet, it's stunning. It's brilliant. (And the title will get extra marks from The-Nono-Gram.)

Because the title is Proper noun and not just a noun?

... because you have said that you think a good title adds to your appreciation of an image. You know better than I do whether a proper name makes a difference, but this title refers to a specific people and location, and evokes a specific time and circumstance; all of which wouldn't matter much if it weren't such a good image.

You are correct. I like when a title is a "specific" dog or what have you. I really appreciate a title that adds humor. I also enjoy a title and puzzle that provide a new learning experience. This puzzle did that although at first, I had to wonder if the artist just didn't know how to spell Caribbean.
