Holy cow! 50 minutes and 2 hints. But it's an awesome puzzle, as usual Lalopop. Never stop.

Only a fool does a Lalopop puzzle when they are tired. 41 minutes later...I hear a biography calling my name.

Well, I did leave the puzzle up while I put laundry on and brushed my teeth. Amazingly I came back and finished it in 2 minutes. Seems I had the hard part already done.
replyAn excellent image (& grammatically perfect)!
replyI did this in 17 minutes with no hints and I feel like my greatest life accomplishment is now behind me :)

24 min with no hints and feels good. Lalopop's are always a challenge.
replyVery cool! 20 minutes, 3 hints and some logical guess work with curves.
reply16 minutes and no hints, though I did have to backtrack a couple of times.
reply12 minutes... I think I did something nobody else did.. and don't know what
replythat was some freaky deaky logic to solve but managed it with no hints or errors, was good to pass the time working on a bank holiday
reply30 Minutes one silly error toward the end. A lot of thinking and logic required.
replyOh so funny... I was doing this on my phone and having to scroll left and right to see the whole picture AND I was minding my children in the bath, I didn't think it was too difficult and so I wanted to have another go on my laptop with no distractions and was sure I would at least halve my time...but for some bizarre reason I managed to take longer - go figure!!

20 minutes, no hints. weirdly proud of myself but definitely need to sleep now! had to puzzle some of the logic aloud to really get there.
replyHardest puzzle ever!!! 2 hours 40 (breaks inclued). I'm proud to have succeded without hint guess or mistake.
If you want some help to solve it, feel free to send me a screenshot from where you are stuck at nonog (AT) riseup.net

The Hints are actually "smart" teaching tools. But figuring out how the hint is derived it's possible to figure out which solving rule one has missed.
replyTotally lost this one. Used up the hints, all 3 hints were clear in hindsight. I still had to guess...
replyExcellent! Very tricky but well worth the effort. Thank you!
replyOMG, 38 minutes with 1 hint at the 30 minute mark (and I was beating myself up after using the hint because, how didn't I notice what it told me before?!?!?) I had an amazing time!!! Shoutout to the creator!
replyThere is an approach to solving which is not taught on this site. To solve the last two columns on the right, there is only one place you can put the 7 that gives you the 2--1--1--2 pattern. To teach yourself this technique, turn off Auto Check to practice. Back when I bought nonogram apps, one of them included an eraser to encourage using logic at the edges (this doesn't work with all puzzles but saves a lot of time when it does).
Amazing puzzle, Lalopop! Thank you!

I'm very glad)
Hmm, the method saves time although you might miss some interesting logical steps of the "designed" solution.

Yeah, while that technique seems worth checking out, with puzzles like this I really enjoy the logical twists and turns one has to take to reach the answer, that's what makes it so fun.
replyThank you for the hint. I've only ever used this method once or twice in solving nonograms; many more times in Sudoku.
reply#TrueConfession: I guessed once the first and second time I did it. I wanted to get a hint to tell me what I was doing wrong on the third try... and ended up solving it without guessing.
Really well done, Lalopop!
replyReally well done, Lalopop!
I'm focussing on Lalopop's puzzles at the moment, have a few partly solved saved for later, but delighted to have done this one in under 12 minutes with no hints
replyGreat one, very surprising. I really enjoyed the challenge. Thanks a million, Lalopop.
reply2 hints, I.error
25 minutes. How can the average be 7 minutes on a puzzle this difficult?

Hi Mathmama, I saw a comment on a different puzzle that people will often repeat the same puzzle many times to get their time down. It seems plausible.
