Another new tiny one requiring an advanced technique. When you get stuck, find a spot where if you try either of the numbers, en empty space reveals itself without knowing which number must go nearby.

the central 1/2 horizontal reveals an empty spot on the left, which then leads to finding the middle dot of the lower number in the 2/3 vertical on that side. It's smooth sailing from there.
