I was stuck yesterday. A clear mind helps because today it turned out I missed something obvious. For me taking hints that's a nono :)

Opinions vary as to the origins of the name “Secretary bird” (Sagittarius serpentarius). Its common name is thought to derive from the crest of feathers. These quill-like feathers give the appearance of a secretary with quill pens tucked behind his/her ears.

I went looking for a Lalopop puzzle today. I was hoping somewhere in the archives there was one I hadn't yet solved. So satisfying! And no hints -- yay!
