The hints are teaching tools. If you look at the hint and review the Rules for Solving, you can figure out what you've missed.

Yes it is solvable, on the 18th column (going up and down) there is one spot open and one thing that needs to go there. That should help you.

replyGee, I was thinking this was pretty easy for a Lalopop puzzle... and then I got stuck. Used all 3 hints! I'm learning, but slowly. Fun picture!
