MY BRAIN HURTS! What a fantastic challenge in such a small grid.
replyHad to use a bit of "what-if" (or "if-then") logic to solve further once I got stuck. That's not my favourite but managed to solve it without hints.

I think, you used "what-if" on this step. Consider the red cross. In row 13, 2 and 3 cannot be positioned such that this square is painted. Then, a cross is here. This must be the key.

No, it was somewhere around the upper left side of the puzzle. I may have to do this one later to see if I get stuck in the same place. I've been doing nonograms for years but sometimes I just get stuck and can't see a solution that's right in front of me. I guess it happens to almost everyone once in a while.
