Japanese crossword «Swallow»

I think the black and white nature adds an ominous quality at times. I saw the final result and thought, "Creepy psychopomps." Then I remembered that the actual birds purported to be psychopomps are sparrows, not swallows. Apparently it's been too long since I read "The Dark Half."
