ha ha ha. aren't you a little too assumptious ybb? on a denotative level we can se a human face in profile with some kind of hat on, smoking a pipe. on the connotative level on the other hand one might use western cultural reading to say that it might be a detective.

How dare you assume this is a person. On a denotative level we can see that this is a series of black and white squares. On a connotative level, however, one might use self-centered reasoning to equate these squares to an image of a human.

reply@Arlen: How dare you assume this are black and white squares? On a denotative level we can see this is a series of red, green and blue pixels with different level of luminance. On a connotative level, however, one might use the intrinsic properties of light and multiple neurophysiologic responses to equate these to an image of black and white squares

At whatever atomic level that is required, using all applicable laws of physics and optics, whether denotative or connotative, I see the pipe. The person, not so much...

Why is this 18+? I was expecting boobs or something, but a pipe? I don't think a depiction of smoking is an 18+ things.
