In some places, time is not written with a colon but a dot/period. So 0.18 is 18 seconds...

I don't dude you are right, 0.18 may be 18 seconds. But 0.18 *seconds* it's 1 second divided by 5 (a bit more than 5)

I try to remember that there is both beginning creators and beginning solvers, even when I find a puzzle that doesn't seem worth the few seconds it took. (i showed this to a young child and they were delighted.
