Apparently this doctor is seeing some illness he's never seen before...

Nonogramitis - a rare infection that compels suffers to sit in front of a computer for hours on end to try to decode a lot of numbers in order to create a work of art.
Many suffers are totally deluded & paranoid.
They get really upset when the finished picture is less than perfect or when another suffer gives the artworks title in this comments box.
There is no known cure for Nonogramitis - many suffers take solice in alcohol - but this only makes the decoding more difficult & suffers hallucinate - commonly seeing a "you have made a mistake (again)" box appear on their screen.

You are so correct, John!!! I have nonogramitis! Wait, deluded and paranoid! How did you know??? Are you watching me?!? From 6000 miles away?!? Big Brother, you have great powers of...uh oh. I've made a mistake. Again... Again?! Husband, you need to make your next batch of beer stronger!!!
replyI too am a sufferer. But I try to commit time in the mornings when alcohol is not an issue!
replyNonogramosis - a noninflammatory condition similar to nonogramitis but less severe. It shares the symptoms of long hours on the computer decoding numbers but lacks the delusion and paranoia of nongramitis. Sufferers of nonogramosis, in fact, take pleasure in the resulting pictures regardless of their quality and are inclined to engage in wordplay rather than complaining in the comment boxes.
However, despite these positive characteristics of the condition, the long hours on the computer, especially at night, affect the sufferer's performance in activities of daily living. Nonogramosis can be treated by limiting the number of new sets of numbers and access to the archives, but this doesn't work for all patients (or patience).

This is hard - took me almost 30 minutes, with Xs, but without guessing. Great picture! I suspect that this man is so devoted to his profession he doesn't want to take time out for frequent haircuts - or perhaps having a mess of curls on his head makes it easier to keep his professional hat on.
