Not so; some are symmetrical.

I had to look up 'SMH'. Apparently, it means 'shaking my head', which is also what the subject is doing, and what makes the image not perfectly symmetrical.

So, to be brief: you're all wrong.

Ha! Very good. Perhaps my source's rules were more opinions. He had "true nonograms" in one category, and all the rest (including symmetrical ones) in other categories. This is from the Nonograms Katana app.
