I would love to solve these puzzles within a puzzle, but don't know where to start. Is the solution a word IN RUSSIAN? In other words, do you figure out what each component is in Russian, put them together, and get a new Russian word?

It's Russian all the way down, so if you're not a highly fluent speaker it will be hard. If you replace .org with .ru in the URL you'll get the Russian version of the page. Sometimes running those comments through an online translator will help you figure out what the answer to the rebus is.

It was pretty easy. Many positions to start. Even though I couldn't figure out the solution of the Rebus, because I don't know Russian.
