The beginning started off in a fun and curious way, and the end was brutal! Nice puzzle.

I agree! When I figured out what was going on in the lower right corner, things went smoothly and quickly. Toward the end of the puzzle, though, I was stuck for ages! I used all three hints, then had to make a few guesses.
