Ah, and math are operations with numbers. Peoples know to count before mathematics exist

I am so sorry if I offended. Saying whatever followed by the word silly is a way of keeping things light so the person knows you are not trying to offend.

If I had said counting is math, it may have seemed like I was being combative. If I add the word silly I am implying that I am joking around. Joking around is keeping things light.
