This was great, mindscrub. Thank you for running with my suggestion. I can truly feel the contempt that Dogbert has for us humans in this puzzle. I feel like I solved it pretty quickly, but something tells me Dogbert is already planning a way to make a bunch of money by consulting on how I could be working more efficiently all while doing no actual work himself. An evil genius if there ever was one!
