More likely it is Sultan Ahmet Mosque, not the Topkapi Palace.

This is noone's palace.
This is Hagia Sophia (Church of God's Holy Wisdom), built in Constantinople by the Byzantine emperor Justinian I between 532–537 AD and was designed by the Greek geometers Isidore of Miletus and Anthemius of Tralles.
