I always found it interesting that in China it's the year of the rabbit, but in Vietnam it's the year of the cat. The other animals in the two zodiacs are the same. Anyway, the year of the cat always makes me think of this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqZc7ZQURMs

Cats are sometimes called "alley rabbits", so it makes sense to me. They're both soft furry creatures, of somewhat similar size and shape, though the rabbits might want to avoid the cats.
