Hard starter

I was stuck for ages and I couldn't resist taking a hint. @#$%
In hind side, the hint was pretty obvious. As always actually.
There are puzzles which still baffle me. Good thing, too.

If you're stuck, this is an excellent puzzle for learning/practicing edge logic.
