Contains a spot where you can't proceed without brute forcing future circumstances. Namely, the hammer with 4 dots wide head on the lower left can only have the left 2 spots make 5 because the right side only will take a 1 and if you put 1 on that side there can't be a requires 2 on the left. It's lame when puzzles require that technique. Having to figure out what will happen later is dumb.
