I had a more fairy taleish idea. Thought it was Rudolf the Reindeer, ready for a flight all over the world.

By the way, Rudolf lives with Santa about four hour drive from my home.

When I were a lad my mother knitted a jumper for me that had this design - charcoal & mustard colours as I recall.
