I cant't make out anything

One of my favorite species of bird. :) However, this is way too generic of a picture to look anything like one. Needs the head feathers.

Yeah too generic of a bird. titmouse birds are FAT FLUFFY FLUFF BALLS and they're adorable. someone should make a real titmouse one :D

This is a titmouse. It's a very small grid. The best you're going to get with a nonogram is a two-dimensional representation that gets more detailed as it gets bigger. Even if you drew every cell it wouldn't fly. Only God can make a real titmouse. ; )

I guess it kind of resembles an avian creature...
