Well, arguably it's first aid for people who find themselves smelling like stink bugs - which can happen, if you end up stepping on one with bare feet.

I’m left disappointed- I usually need to look at the title in order to “see” the image - this time I was pleased to see a “shower”! Now I need to delve into Google to find out what on earth a ‘stink-bug” is. It’s just not fair. ;(:(:(.

I agree. Especially for a tiny puzzle - which, by its very nature, is going to consist of a very simple and basic image, eliciting a simplistic and basic title most of the time.
