Not sure I completely understand the picture, even with the title, but the puzzle was a lot of fun! Thought first that I would dislike it because of all the low numbers, but it was really nice. Thank you for your puzzles!

I think it's the front of a SUV car with the exhaust pipe being a vertical one next to passenger seat, like a Toyota Land Cruiser Namib

It depends what perspective you imagine, it looks like a tractor. That was the first thing I saw, after reading the title I searched an other perspective and found it nice.
