I solved it (without x´s), but what do I get? An angry reptile hissing at me!
Needless to say, I´m not happy. I excepted at least a unicorn, even a cupcake would have been better.

I proceeded mostly right to left and thought I saw a (not very good) flock of ducks. When the swoop of the "neck" began, I added what I expected to be a swan.
All of the waterfowl, sadly, were decimated in the end.
I thought this was an extreme fun solve.

Very good--I didn't see it until the second-to-last pixel. Surprisingly difficult for such a small puzzle.
